TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BALLOON PICKUPS
Customers who choose to arrange collection of their own balloons, are responsible for the balloons once they leave the Savy Balloons warehouse / agreed pick up spot. All balloons/balloon arrangements must be handled with care and it is not advisable to force them into a vehicle on pick up so that they fit. Please ensure the size of the vehicle is appropriate with the size of balloons you are collecting - if unsure, please ask one of our staff. If a balloon busts/deflates and/or fishing line breaks during this time, it will be the sole responsibility of the customer, and Savy Balloons and Events will not be responsible for replacing the balloon/s.

PROP HIRE PICK UP
A refundable bond is payable on or before the day of pick up. This bond amount will be discussed upon booking. This can be paid via EFT or cash. If a prop is damaged during the hire time, the bond will not be refunded. If damages are more than the bond amount, an invoice will be sent to the customer for the difference of damages incurred. If a bond is refused to be paid, hired goods will not be supplied for the event.

PROPS HIRED FOR SETUPS
We currently do not take a bond payment for props hired from Savy Balloons and Events, should Savy Balloons & Events be setting up/packing down your event. Savy Balloons & Events trusts that our customers and their guests will take care of our hired goods once we have set up the event and left the venue. If props are hired from an external company, a bond will be payable and that amount will depend on that suppliers terms and conditions (will be advised at time of booking). If a prop is damaged during the hire time, an invoice will be sent to the customer for the repair or replacement value (if unable to be repaired) and payment will be required via cash or EFT within 72 hours.
Personal Damages Disclaimer: Savy Balloons does not accept responsibility for personal damages, including self-inflicted injuries. This encompasses moving or interfering with prop placement. In the event of props moving due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact Savy Balloons for assistance.

OUTDOOR EVENT SETUPS
1. Weather Contingency: Savy Balloons and Events acknowledges the inherent unpredictability and uncontrollability of weather conditions during outdoor event setups. Our team will execute setups with utmost care, utilizing sandbags to secure backdrops where deemed necessary. However, it is understood that certain weather conditions, particularly strong winds, may exceed the effectiveness of sandbag anchoring.
2. Liability Limitation: Savy Balloons and Events explicitly disclaims any responsibility for external damages resulting from backdrop movement or falling after the completion of the setup. This extends to instances where sandbags prove insufficient to counteract adverse weather conditions.
3. Rain Policy: Outdoor setups will not be conducted in the presence of rainfall or forecasted rain. Clients are urged to consider weather forecasts and communicate any concerns regarding potential rain.
4. Client Responsibility: In the event that clients, of their own accord, expose Savy Balloons and Events' props to rain or wet surfaces, resulting in damages, the client assumes full liability for the replacement of the damaged props. By engaging Savy Balloons and Events for outdoor event setups, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
